To register and maintain an Account on luck51, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each eligible person may register one Account only. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended during the verification period. This is a legal compliance requirement and does not constitute a delay in bad faith.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. luck51 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify luck51 immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
luck51 accepts deposits via payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Pakistani players are familiar with local digital payment infrastructure including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are referenced here as context only — none of these payment providers endorse, sponsor or support luck51 or gambling activities. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from luck51.

By You: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting luck51 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned via your nominated payment method. Bonus Credits are forfeited upon Account closure unless they have already met all wagering requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck51 holds its operating licence, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer or regulatory laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact luck51 support to seek an informal resolution. luck51 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body or arbitration as specified by the applicable licensing framework. luck51 will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution body upon request.
